Centrifugal Sealing.

The simplest method of sealing a filter element into a circular casing is to spin it at high speed and inject adhesive into the spinning filter. The filter is then kept spinning until the adhesive has cured. In order to acheive a consistent production flow, this type of machine uses a rotary table with multiple spinning stations where a filter can be loaded and unloaded from the machine while other products are in the process. Designed to accept quick change tooling, and with adjustable dispense positioning, this machine ensures consistency in production and has a wide range of production parameters.

Our standard machine uses ten spinning stations but this number can be revised should production capacity need it. These machines have proved very popular and reliable and a number of them are in production worldwide.
